Bratwurst, Italian Sausage, Biala Kielbasa (White Sausage), Beef Breakfast Sausage, and Pork Breakfast Sausage are Gluten Free! No added MSG! No Added Nitrites or Nitrates! and No mechanically deboned meat!
We make Fresh Sausages for the weekend and we keep frozen stock!
Since many of these sausages contain no nitrites they need to be used that day or frozen.
